Every where I go I keep finding these Inukshuk. I think they are neat and people are always wanting to mark there spot. I guess a long time ago Inuit people placed them as milemarkers so that they could mark there way across the frozen tundra. Now they seem to pop up in all kinds of places. One of Canada's little contributions to the world.

Lovely...I wonder how this stays there, you would think that the stones would get knocked off by the waves!

@Shar: Now that you mention it I wonder about that too, I know the day I was here it was windy as all get out, but the waves were not that high.
