The Next Willy Wonka ?

I had occasion to visit Stratford Ontario Canada not that long ago. On one of the streets that I never walked down before was this place called the Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory. Since I am not a big fan of chocolate I never went in before, then I noticed that they had a guy making the chocolate right there in front of people. I thought hey cool this could be nice for a photo-op. Being timid, I hummed and hawed about this for a few minutes and then decided to ask if I could take a picture, I was surprised and delighted that I got consent. Anyhow its a cool place and friendly people. And judging by the amount of people in and out of there they make good treats too.
