Testing the Waters

I have seen plenty of ducks in my time, but until this one came along I don't recall ever seeing one testing the water before wading in. I mean really most ducks just jump right on in. I think sometimes the park animals take after us way to much. On the other hand I think he might be on to something here, I personally would not jump into this river if my life depended on it.
