Portrait of Some Baby

Ok this is my third in this series of Portrait of Some .... This was clearly the hardest one to do because of how I felt about removing blemishes, dirt and the drool. The other hard area was the skin tone. Not sure how I did with this, hopefully someone with some baby experience can give some advice on how to handle this subject matter.
