youv'e captured the mood well here, doesn't seem to be a lot of hope. i think you got your contrast just right, nothing is over-exposed and it adds to the images starkness.

@Chris Thanks. The shot is a grab one, I forgot to focus this for some reason, I think it was nerves. I normally do not shoot street things.

This is a wonderfully composed shot and I think your photography tells the story far better than words could. Its easier to empathise with an image than with text on a page.
